1 oz Tanqueray No. Ten gin
1 oz homemade Chamberyzette
¾ oz Amaro Meletti
2 dashes Bitter Truth peach bitters
4 oz Fever-tree Bitter Lemon tonic
Line the inside of a Collins glass with a thin ribbon of English cucumber. Add four 1-inch ice cubes. Stir all ingredients except the bitter lemon tonic with ice and strain into the glass . Top with bitter lemon tonic. Garnish with spearmint, lemon twist and a spear of English cucumber.
