Blueberry Gin Mojito

Clap fresh mint together (about 6 – 8 leaves) and add to a cocktail glass
Then add;
3 blueberries and muddle
½ lime (squeezed) and 25ml sugar syrup
Fill ¾ full with crushed ice, add;
Apple juice to the level of ice, and stir
50ml of preferred Gin
25ml Blueberry syrup
Stir again, before topping with crushed ice
Garnish with lime and fresh mint

this looks like it would be fun to try.

Shichi-mi Old Fashioned
———-
2 oz Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky
⅜ oz shichi-mi tōgarashi sesame orgeat
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a masu box over a 2-inch ice cube. Garnish the top of the ice cube with shichi-mi.

* Shichi-mi Tōgarashi Sesame Orgeat

14 g toasted white sesame seeds
14 g toasted black sesame seeds
7 g sansho pepper
7 g coriander seeds
5 g fresh ground ginger
1 g sea salt
2 g crushed red chili pepper
20 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
207 ml water
195 g sugar

Blend sesame, sansho, coriander, ginger and salt with sugar and water for 30 seconds. Heat in a pot and add pepper flakes; stirring until you can taste the spiciness. Strain, cool and add curacao.

1 oz. (30ml) Aperol
3 oz. (90ml) Champagne
1 oz. (30ml) Soda Water
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig, Orange Peel

PREPARATION
1. Pour soda water into the base of your serving glass and add in champagne, citrus Amaro, and Aperol.
2. Add in some ice to fill the glass.
3. Express an orange peel and garnish with a rosemary sprig wrapped in an orange peel. Enjoy responsibly!

20 ml Honey Syrup 4:1

15 ml Simple syrup

20 Lingonberries

1 oz. (30ml) Plum Wine
Lemon Oil Mist
Garnish: Pickled Cherry Blossom Flowers, Lemon Twist

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin, lychee liqueur, and plum wine. Stir well.
2. Strain mix into a martini glass and drop in some pickled cherry blossom flowers from tea.
